The Appaloosa app store works in every country - however, depending on the markets, there might be some restrictions.

For instance there is no Google Play Store in China.  This means that recommended android apps (ie links to the Play store) would not work in your Appaloosa store. You could however publish native apps.

Unfortunately, it is not possible either to use the advanced app management mode Android Enterprise in China, as on all apps on a store using Android Enterprise need to be published and synchronized with the Managed Play Store.

To sum up, if you're planning to deploy Android apps in China you can use an Appaloosa store, but:

  • without the advanced app management features on android (no mandatory apps and no automatic updates)

  • users would have to accept unknown sources

  • links to recommended android apps would not work

On iOS however there are no such restrictions!
